Job Description
Transformed Futures' Carbrook Centre in Logan City, QLD is seeking a Wellbeing and Learning Facilitator on a casual basis to support Year 7-12 students with disengagement and complex support needs. You will work alongside students during the school day, assist with regulation, relationships and learning through activities including outdoor spaces and animal assisted learning.
