We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure an excellent dining experience for every guest. The Restaurant Supervisor will support the restaurant manager, lead the front-of-house team, maintain high service standards, and help ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Lead, train, motivate, and support restaurant staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Liaise with reservations to manage table service, reservations, bookings, and customer enquiries.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and feedback.
- Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are consistently maintained.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.




- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

- Previous experience in restaurant supervision, hospitality, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Cash-handling and POS experience.
- Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays where required.
