We’re on the hunt for an experienced barista to join our team at Willow Café.

We are a fast-paced, community-focused café and we’re looking for someone who can confidently step onto the machine and deliver consistent quality under pressure. At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume cafe is required.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven barista experience in a busy café environment
- Confident and consistent latte art skills
- Ability to handle high-volume service with calm efficiency
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- A bubbly, vibrant personality
- Someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with customers

Availability Required:

- Open to close Mondays
- Open to close Wednesdays
- Open to close on Fridays
- Tuesday and Thursday mornings (preferred, not required)

These are essential shifts. If you cannot commit to full days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, this role is not suitable. Also note as it is a casual position, hours are subject to change and you may be asked to work or cover weekends in future.
