About the Role

- Greeting customers, suppliers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
n
- Managing incoming calls, emails and walk-in enquiries
n
- Scheduling appointments and updating customers on repair progress
n




- Maintaining a welcoming and tidy reception area
n
- Handling administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, job sheets and data entry
n
- Assisting with purchase orders, office supplies and general office organisation
n
- Supporting workshop and office management with day-to-day coordination tasks
n

What You'll Bring

- Has experience in customer service, administration or reception
n
- Communicates clearly and professionally
n
- Is organised and can manage multiple tasks at once
n
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
n
- Has strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills

- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems

- Maintains professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure

Experience within automotive or similar service industries is an advantage, but not essential.
