$33.85 per hour (Monday to Friday), $40.62 (Saturday), $47.39 (Sunday)

Dune Café is situated in the Palm Beach Parklands, overlooking the beautiful Currumbin Creek, offering great, friendly service, entertainment and exceptional food and beverage.

What You'll Do

n

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages quickly and consistently, even during busy peak periods
n
- Operate and maintain commercial espresso machines and grinders
n
- Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
n
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to every customer, building rapport with regulars
n
- Keep the coffee station and service area clean, stocked, and organised throughout the shift
n
- Work closely with the wider café team to keep service flowing smoothly during rushes
n
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
n

About You

n

n
- Must be an experienced Barista with at least one year experience, in a high-volume cafe
n
- Be able to prepare consistent, high-quality coffee (espresso extraction,



milk texturing/latte art) at speed
n
- Strong time management to keep queues moving during peak periods
n
- Be a team player, who is dedicated, reliable and willing to help others
n
- Possess clear communication skills with customers and team members, along with a friendly positive attitude with a willingness to learn
n
- Perform heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks
n
- Be available to work a variety of shifts including early mornings (from as early as 5.30am), days, weekendsand public holidays
