What Your Day Might Look Like

n

n
- Spend your day supporting older people in the homes they love, providing personal care, meal preparation, mobility and everyday assistance while creating meaningful connections that enhance wellbeing and independence
n
- Create safe and welcoming homes, providing domestic assistance including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, linen changes, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and general household tidying
n
- Enjoy the variety and flexibility of a mobile role, travelling across stunning Coffs Harbour region and surrounding suburbs, with $1.01 travel reimbursement for every kilometre travelled
n

What You Bring

n

n
- Experience in community home care, supporting older adults to maintain their independence, wellbeing and quality of life through compassionate, person-centred assistance in their own homes
n
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent (with transcripts), along with a current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one
n
- A valid driver's licence, reliable and insured vehicle, and a willingness to travel up to 45-60 minutes to provide meaningful support to clients across your local community
n
- COVID-19 vaccination (highly desirable)

What You Need to Know

- Permanent Part-Time position offering guaranteed 20-40 hours per fortnight, with potential for additional hours after probation.
n
- Enjoy flexible working hours, with services delivered Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm
n
- Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
n
