Operations Manager - Brendale and Clontarf

CMTP is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Brendale and Clontarf operations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring strong business acumen, excellent people management skills and a process‑driven approach.

Your initial focus will be on leading and strengthening the Brendale operation, while also providing leadership and operational oversight across our Clontarf site.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing the teams across Brendale and Clontarf
- Driving safety, quality, productivity and operational performance
- Building a positive, accountable and consistent workplace culture
- Driving continuous improvement projects
- Improving processes, systems and operational efficiencies across both sites
- Managing costs and making sound commercial decisions

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven operations leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Excellent people leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of WHS
- A process‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong values and cultural alignment




- Multi‑site, Lean or continuous improvement experience would be highly regarded
