Job Description

SoundFix Acoustics Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Customer Service Administrator to be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries and to convert inquiries into booked work. Based in Cremorne, you will join a small, supportive office team and work within Zoho CRM to manage quotes, scheduling, and customer communications.
