The role
You will manage the day-to-day requirements of formal insolvency appointments while supporting advisory and turnaround engagements across a range of industries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage trade-ons, liquidations, receiverships and administrations
- Communicate professionally with clients, creditors, lawyers and stakeholders
- Support independent business reviews and turnaround assignments
- Compile financial information, conduct analysis and prepare reports
- Investigate antecedent transactions and potential insolvent trading
- Build trusted relationships while representing the firm professionally
About you
- Relevant accounting experience, ideally within insolvency or restructuring
- A relevant degree in accounting, finance, commerce or a related discipline
- CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards completion
- Solid accounting knowledge and an interest in insolvency legislation
- Clear communication, attention to detail and a proactive approach
