Assistant Property Manager

Spring Hill, Brisbane | South East Queensland Portfolio

Take ownership of a growing property portfolio. An exciting opportunity is available for an Assistant Property Manager to join a growing property group with a portfolio commercial assets across South East Queensland.

Based from a inner city Head Office, you'll have genuine ownership of your portfolio, work closely with senior leadership and collaborate across property, leasing, development and finance teams.

About the Role

- Managing tenant and client relationships
- Coordinating maintenance, contractors and operational requirements
- Monitoring lease compliance, critical dates and tenant obligations
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and monthly property reports
- Reviewing financial performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintaining presentation standards
- Working closely with leasing and wider property teams to drive asset performance
- Managing day-to-day operational and property requirements across the portfolio

About You

We're looking for a proactive Assistant Property Manager who takes ownership,



communicates confidently and enjoys finding practical solutions.

You’ll ideally have:

- 1 years' property management experience, preferably in retail or commercial property
- Strong financial, organisational and property management skills
- Confidence dealing with tenants, clients, contractors and other stakeholders
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Experience with Cirrus8 is advantageous but not essential
- A genuine interest in property and desire to grow with a business
