D & T Hydraulics & Engineering is seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to lead Health, Safety, Setting and Quality across two modern facilities with 110+ staff. The role blends hands-on workshop engagement with ownership of HSEQ systems, investigations, audits and continuous improvement, and focuses on developing managers to own HSEQ within their areas.

You will report to the General Manager and drive the ongoing development of our Integrated Management System (IMS), coaching
