About the Role

As a Meat Process Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient processing and preparation of high-quality meat products. You may be required to work across various departments depending on your skills, experience, and business needs.

Key duties may include:

- Trimming, cutting, boning, and slicing meat to required specifications
n




- Sorting, grading, and separating different cuts of meat
n
- Operating processing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
n
- Maintaining strict hygiene and food safety standards
n
- Cleaning and sterilising work areas, tools, and equipment
n
- Handling and moving carcasses in accordance with workplace procedures
n
- Working in environments such as chillers, boning rooms, and slaughter floors
n
- Packing, labelling, and preparing products for distribution
n
- General labouring and assisting team members where required
n

What We're Looking For

- Strong work ethic and reliability

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment

- Willingness to follow strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
n
- Team-oriented attitude with valuable communication skills
n
- Previous experience in meat processing (highly regarded but not essential)

- Willingness to learn and take direction
