Junior Finance Broker — Entrusted Lending Group

You don't need to bring a book of clients to get started here. We'll provide the leads, training and support. Your job is to learn how to look after clients well and grow into a broker who can manage deals from start to finish.

About us

Entrusted Lending Group helps clients across Australia with car, motorcycle, caravan and boat finance, as well as personal and business loans. We're a small team based in Paradise Point, and we believe finance should be explained clearly, with clients supported through every step.

We've also built our own broking platform, Eloans.ai, to make the process smoother for our team and clients.

The role

n

You'll start on a base salary, working alongside experienced brokers and building your skills. As you become confident managing your own clients and deals, there's a clear pathway into a commissioned broker role.

You'll learn to:

- Speak with new clients and understand what they're looking to achieve
n
- Compare options across our lender panel and explain them in plain English
n
- Prepare applications and follow them through to approval and settlement
n




- Keep accurate records and learn the compliance requirements of broking
n
- Follow up with clients and build relationships that last beyond settlement
n

What you'll bring

- An interest in lending and a genuine willingness to learn
n
- Clear communication, attention to detail and reliable follow-up
n
- Confidence speaking with clients, including those unsure about their options
n
- The ability to work full-time from our Paradise Point office
n

n

Experience in lending, finance, sales or customer service would be helpful, but you don't need to have worked as a broker. A Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is welcome; if you don't have one yet, you'll need to be willing to obtain it.
