Reporting to the General Manager Education, this role is responsible for coordinating the development, delivery and continuous improvement of continence-related education programs. Working closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders, you will support the launch of the Nurse Continence Development Program Foundation Course and contribute to the review and enhancement of CHA's education portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Nurse Continence Development Program Foundation Course
- Coordinate the development of video lectures and learning resources
- Support quality assurance and assessment development processes
- Coordinate lived-experience learning vignettes
- Develop student information and course materials
- Monitor student progression and engagement
- Support delivery of the Education Team work plan
- Support development of a capability framework
- Liaise with subject matter experts and stakeholders
- Gather and analyse learner pathway data
- Map existing education offerings against capability requirements
- Contribute to education projects linked to workforce reform and quality improvement
About You
- Experience in education program development, delivery and evaluation within health, aged care, disability or community services
- Demonstrated project coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with clinical experts and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related discipline
- Experience in instructional design, clinical education or workforce capability development
- Knowledge of accredited education frameworks and adult learning principles
