Your Day-to-Day:

- Greet every customer warmly and make them feel at home in-store.

- Listen carefully to their needs and guide them with personalised recommendations.

- Share your product knowledge with confidence—especially when it comes to comfort features, orthotic-friendly styles, and our curated Berry Shoes range.

- Keep the store looking beautiful, organised, and welcoming.

- Pitch in with stock unpacking, visual merchandising, and daily operations.

- Work collaboratively and positively with your team.
