The Role:

Reporting to the Branch Operations Manager you will drive Sales Performance and Operational Excellence. The role is to manage a small team of skilled Sales, Admin and Despatch Staff in our flagship Woolloongabba Showroom.

Duties:

- Meeting and exceeding expectations for store profits and sales targets
- Problem solving daily branch situations
- Mentor,



train and manage staff performance
- Point of Sale, Stock and Display control
- Management of reports and accounts
- Inventory management and updates
- Hands on selling at all levels
- Responsible for ensuring safe work practices are followed at all times
- Working cross functionally to implement corporate strategies and processes
- Communication with all stakeholders

All about you:

The Branch Manager needs to be comfortable selling into a corporate sales setting as well as dealing with small business and domestic clients.

You will also have a thirst for knowledge and learning.
