The Community & Events Coordinator is responsible for driving venue activation, community engagement and commercial outcomes across Abbotsford Convent through the sales, planning and coordination of events.

Working at the intersection of sales, events, community and stakeholder engagement, this role builds solid and meaningful relationships with community groups, venue partners, committees, stakeholders, clients and suppliers to increase venue utilisation and deliver positive outcomes for Abbotsford Convent.

The role manages events across the full customer journey from initial enquiry and sales through to contracting, planning and post event follow-up ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of customer service and professionalism.

As a key point of contact for clients the Community & Events Coordinator will proactively identify opportunities to activate the venue, grow repeat business, develop partnerships and contribute to the long-term commercial and community success of Abbotsford Convent.
