Annual salary: AUD $72,262.32 plus superannuation, based on 38 hours per week. Worker Retention Grant

Come join us in shaping the future of early childhood education! Key Expectations, Skills, and Experience: As a successful applicant, you must:

- hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma of

Early Childhood Education and Care, or an equivalent qualification recognized by ACECQA.

- be ready and willing to work full-time 38 hours per week, 5 days a week, across our operating hours of 6:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday
- possess current Blue Card with a clear Child Safety history
- hold all relevant qualifications including CPR/ first aid, safe sleep, Child Safety training
- hold a minimum 4 years experience in early years
- demonstrate a strong grasp of the National Law, National Quality Framework (NQF) and EYLF.
- lead with and demonstrate your 'child safe' practices
- have expertise in child-led play aligned with a play-based pedagogy.
- strong planning cycle and documentation skills
- be a dedicated team player with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- bring fun, laughter, and joy to your team and children‘s day.
