This role combines admin duties with day-to-day practice coordination while also supporting the smooth and efficient running of the practice by overseeing the operational, administrative and recruitment of the practice. You will be required to cover for other staff members when needed.

Proficiency in phone management, appointment booking, record-keeping, and billing

Experience with medical practice management software, Best Practice is highly regarded
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a medical or administrative team

Fast and accurate data entry skills

Proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Experience with medical software (preferably Best Practice), HotDoc and medical terminology

Previous experience in medical reception (minimum 1 year)
