Bookkeeper – Full-Time

n

About the Role

n

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and manage the day-to-day transactional processing for our finance department.

n

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting and administrative duties, including but not limited to:

n

- Manage accounts payable
n
- Manage accounts receivable, including project progress claims
n
- Perform bank reconciliations
n
- Process and reconcile company credit cards
n
- Process payroll and associated payroll requirements
n




- Place purchase orders and reserve materials
n
- Manage and maintain job costing records
n
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
n
- Maintain accurate customer and supplier databases
n
- Respond to customer account enquiries
n

Skills & Experience

n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- A formal qualification in bookkeeping or accounting (preferred)
n
- Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts role
n
- Experience using MYOB
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
n
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach
n
- A positive, proactive and "can-do" attitude
n

Position Details

Employment: Full time
n Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:0 pm
