At Charlemont, my campus is beginning a brand-new story.

I arrive in the Geelong region, at a new purpose-built campus on Batten Road with six rooms, current resources and a big outdoor yard made for children like me.

Everything is being shaped with care from the start.

I can learn in spaces for nursery, toddler and kindergarten children, with room to move, wonder and belong.

About the role

n

As an Advanced Educator, you will provide high-level practice, leadership and mentoring across the campus.

n

You will support curriculum, strengthen child safe and inclusive practice, and help educators feel more confident.

n

What you'll do

What you'll bring

n

n
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, or equivalent.
n
- Senior educator or mentoring experience.
n
- Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQF, child development and inclusive practice.
n
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
n
- Clear communication and warm mentoring skills.
n
- Commitment to child safe leadership and improvement.
n
- A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.
n
