Boston Projects Group is a project marketing and real estate agency looking for a proactive, hands‑on Marketing Manager to drive marketing across an exciting portfolio of residential and retirement living developments. Working closely with the Managing Director, you'll take ownership of campaigns from start to finish—branding, digital marketing, project launches, display suites, social media, events, sales collateral and everything in between. This is an opportunity to work across incredible developments while gaining exposure to large-scale residential and retirement living projects.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy across residential and retirement living developments
- Work directly alongside the Managing Director on branding, campaigns and project launches
- Manage digital campaigns, social media, websites and project marketing collateral




- Oversee Meta and Google Ads campaigns including optimisation and reporting
- Manage creative direction for display suites, signage, brochures and project branding
- Lead and mentor a small internal marketing team while managing external agencies and suppliers
- Own and grow the company's corporate brand across all channels and touchpoints
- Create high-level pitch presentations and marketing material for new business opportunities
- Use contemporary AI tools and technology to drive smarter, faster marketing execution
