Join LME Care as a SIL Support Worker on the Gold Coast, helping participants live their best lives with creativity, empathy and practical care. This role supports a young participant with complex behaviours, Monday to Friday mornings from 7:30 am to 10:30 am.

You’ll work closely with participants, families and the wider team to plan activities, encourage independence and celebrate everyday achievements while maintaining a safe, supportive setting.
