About the Role

n

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you'll play an important part in supporting our dentists, keeping our clinics running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Providing chairside assistance to our dentists
n
- Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with sterilisation and infection control
n
- Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience
n
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient records
n
- Responding to phone and patient enquiries
n
- Processing payments,



billing and other reception duties
n
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations
n

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception
n
- A warm, friendly and professional approach with patients and colleagues
n
- Strong organisation and communication skills
n
- Confidence managing a range of clinical and administrative responsibilities
n
- A reliable, adaptable and proactive attitude
n
- A willingness to learn, develop and support the team wherever needed
n
- A genuine interest in building a long-term career in dentistry
