Essential is an Australian-owned flavour house with operations in Australia and Vietnam. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager in Carrum Downs, Victoria to lead maintenance and reliability, ensuring secure, efficient plant operation and robust asset performance on site.
You will drive preventative maintenance programs, coordinate planned and reactive work, supervise contractors, and push continuous improvement in line with GMP, HACCP and SQF standards to deliver quality products.
