Ford Australia is seeking a part-time HR Business Partner to support leaders and employees within its Victorian product development footprint. You will balance strategic design with hands-on delivery, navigating employee relations, policy enhancements, and workforce capability in a fast-paced automotive setting.

The role is 4 days per week on a hybrid schedule, based at Broadmeadows, reporting to the PD HR Manager. Robust IR background and inclusive leadership are essential.
