Job Description

St Vincent Hospital Melbourne is seeking an experienced Grade 2 Social Worker for a fixed-term, part time role (3 days/week) based at Fitzroy. You will work with cancer and chronic illness patients in an acute hospital setting, bringing expert psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.

The role requires at least 3 years of hospital social work experience, a Bachelor or Master in Social Work, and a current national criminal history check.
