We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sales Consultant to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for jewellery, outstanding customer service skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Connect with customers, offering tailored service and expert advice to help them find the perfect piece.

Sales Achievement: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets while ensuring a memorable and positive shopping experience.

Product Expertise:



Stay well-versed in our jewellery collections, including designs, materials, and craftsmanship.

Showroom Presentation: Contribute to maintaining a warm and beautifully organized showroom that reflects our brand’s heritage.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in retail sales, especially in jewellery or luxury goods, is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative, family-oriented environment.

A keen eye for detail and a genuine appreciation for fine craftsmanship.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
