We're looking for reliable, hard-working Labourers to join our Urban Civil Construction team permanently based in Mackay, QLD. You'll be working across a mix of civil infrastructure and sports field construction - earthworks, drainage, pavements, landscaping, and site works - as part of a close-knit crew that takes real pride in what they build.

n

This is a permanent position, not a labour hire or project-based gig. If you're looking to put down roots in Mackay and build a long-term career with a company that will back your growth, we want to hear from you.

Your starting rate will be based on your skills, experience, and what you bring to the team - so whether you're early in your career or you've been in civil construction for years, there's a place for you here.

What we're looking for:

n

n
- Current White Card (Construction Induction) - must be held prior to start
n
- Valid drivers licence - essential for getting between sites across the Mackay region
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in Queensland conditions
n
- A reliable, consistent approach to showing up and getting the job done
n
- Experience in civil construction labouring, earthworks, drainage, sports field construction, turf, or landscaping - any of this is relevant and will be recognised in your classification
n
- Ability to work safely as part of a crew and follow direction from your Leading Hand or Supervisor
n
- Locally based in Mackay or genuinely ready to make the move permanently
n

Bonus points for:

- Plant tickets - skid steer, Excavator, orsimilar
n
- Traffic management accreditation
n
- Sports field or Subdivision construction experience
n




- Familiarity with QLD site safety requirements and Secure Work Method Statements
