Job Description

Mercure is seeking a guest-focused team member to provide friendly, professional, and productive service across food and beverage settings. You will take food and beverage orders accurately, deliver promptly, and help set up and reset tables to uphold presentation standards.

Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and specials; handle guest enquiries with a positive attitude; work closely with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service; follow all hygiene, food safety, and WHS
