About the Role

n

We're looking for an experienced and confident Centre Director to lead our thriving 86-place centre in Singleton, just 10 minutes north of Mandurah. Opened just over a year ago, this beautiful service has quickly become well established within the community and continues to grow steadily. Conveniently located within Singleton Village Shopping Centre, the centre is perfectly positioned for ongoing success.

Your Responsibilities

n

As Centre Director, you'll be the heart of our Singleton service, responsible for:

n

Creating a warm, engaging, and safe environment for children and families

n

Overseeing all daily operations with a focus on excellence and compliance

n

Building a strong community presence and fostering positive family relationships to support occupancy growth through quality programs and engagement

n

Managing team performance, development, and wellbeing

n





Rostering to maintain ratios and stepping in as Responsible Person when required

n

Ensuring high-quality education aligned with EYLF and NQS

n

Acting as Nominated Supervisor for the service

n

What You'll Bring

n

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care minimum

n

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Centre Director role (long daycare setting)

n

WA Working with Children Check

n

National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)

n

A strong understanding of the NQF and a passion for high-quality education

n

Natural leadership, strong time management and the ability to build a great team

n

Must reside in Perth, WA and have full Australian working rights

n
