Macquarie University Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Cardiac, Vascular and Respiratory theatres at Macquarie University Hospital in North Ryde. This permanent full time appointment reports to the Nurse Manager, Perioperative Services.

You will manage a high-acuity surgical caseload, coordinate theatre resources, support surgeons and anaesthetists, and mentor the nursing team to deliver safe, timely, evidence-based perioperative care while promoting teaching and
