Job Description
About the Role AR SHARK HEALTH CARE GROUP PTY LTD is seeking an experienced, organised and reliable Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative operations of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective office systems, coordinating staff and administrative activities, supporting management and ensuring that daily office operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with organisational policies and procedures.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily office and administrative operations. Coordinate staff schedules, meetings and appointments.
- Organise workflow and ensure daily administrative and operational requirements are completed efficiently. Maintain accurate records, registers, documentation and administrative systems. Prepare reports, correspondence, internal communications and other business documentation.
- Liaise with management, employees, clients, suppliers and external service providers. Monitor administrative procedures and assist with improvements to office processes and internal systems. Coordinate employee onboarding and provide administrative support to staff.
- Assist management with staff coordination, workplace communication and administrative matters. Monitor office supplies, equipment and administrative resources. Ensure organisational policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
- Assist with compliance documentation, record keeping and general office administration. Coordinate communication between management, different departments and external providers. Maintain confidential employee, client and business information.
- Support management with general administrative and operational matters.
Skills and Experience
- At least 12 months of relevant experience in office administration, office management or a closely related administrative position.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills. Experience coordinating staff, schedules, meetings and workplace activities.
- Experience maintaining records, documentation and administrative systems. Experience preparing reports, correspondence and internal documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to liaise professionally with management, employees, clients, suppliers and service providers. Positive understanding of administrative procedures and office processes. Ability to work independently, prioritise competing responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Good computer skills and experience using common office software and administrative systems. Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Qualifications
- A relevant Diploma, Advanced Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Business Administration, Management or a related field is preferred. Applicants with equivalent relevant skills and experience will also be considered.

Applications will be assessed based on the applicant's demonstrated qualifications, relevant work experience and suitability for the position. Hours: 38 hours per week Salary: AUD $79,500 per annum + superannuation
