Arts Centre Melbourne is seeking a part time Procurement Assistant to support the procure-to-pay cycle across food and beverage operations. You will coordinate purchase requests, POs, supplier communication, order fulfilment and invoice reconciliation, while maintaining accurate procurement, POS and inventory records.

The role collaborates with suppliers, Finance, hospitality outlets, kitchens and operational teams to resolve transactional issues, support stocktakes and ensure policy compliance.
