We're looking for a creative, organised and proactiveSocial Media Marketing Assistantto join our small team and support a growing portfolio ofFMCG and e-commerce brands.

You'll work closely withtwo experienced Social Media Managers, assisting across a variety of client accounts and day-to-day social media tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone with1–2 years of experiencewho wants to build their skills, work across exciting brands and gain hands-on experience.

The role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Scheduling and publishing social media content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and TikTok

n

Editing short-form video and Reels usingCapCut

n

Writing engaging, on-brand social media captions and copy

n

Assisting with monthly social media reporting and interpreting key performance metrics

n

Organising content, assets and social media calendars

n

Supporting community management and general account maintenance

n

Assisting with content creation and other marketing tasks as required

n

Working across multiple client accounts while keeping tasks, deadlines and deliverables organised

n

About you

n

We'd love to hear from someone who:

n

Has approximately1–2 years of experiencein social media, digital marketing,



content creation or a similar role

n

Is confident using Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

n

Has solid copywriting skills and an eye for what makes good social content

n

Understands social media trends and is genuinely interested in the digital space

n

Is organised, reliable and comfortable juggling multiple brands and deadlines

n

Has good attention to detail and can follow different brand guidelines and tones of voice

n

Is comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with a small team

n

Has a basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting

n

Experience working withFMCG, food, lifestyle or e-commerce brandswould be a bonus, but isn't essential.

The details

n

This is acontractor positionworking with two freelance Social Media Managers and supporting their respective client portfolios. Estimated approximately 2 days per week. There is potential for the role to grow over time as our client base expands.

We're looking for someone who can become a reliable part of the team rather than simply completing one-off tasks — someone we can trust with our clients and gradually give more responsibility to.
