Job Description

Respect is seeking a Senior Registered Nurse Coordinator for Derwent Views in Hobart to lead clinical governance and improve resident outcomes. You will coordinate quality systems and support safe, person-centred care across the home.

You will work with the General Manager and Care Manager, assist with audits, clinical documentation and staff guidance while promoting continuous improvement and robust stakeholder engagement.
