About the Role

As a Civil Worker, you will be part of an experienced construction crew working across a range of rail and telecommunications projects throughout the GOLD COAST. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in civil construction, hands-on concreting experience, a proactive approach to work, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic and changing site environments

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Strong understanding of civil works and construction practices

Concreting experience (ESSENTIAL)

Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and drawings

Strong communication, problem-solving, and on-site decision-making skills





Flexibility to work across multiple sites and adapt to operational needs

A positive, reliable, and team-focused "can-do" attitude

Rail industry experience highly regarded

White Card and current Driver's Licence (HR desirable)

Valid RIW (Rail Industry Worker) card (desirable)

Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures
