We are looking for a Client Engagement Associate to join our Client Engagement team.

This is an entry-level role for someone who is ambitious, willing to work hard and serious about building a long-term career in real estate.

You will learn how to prospect, identify potential sellers, create appraisal opportunities, build your personal profile and develop the skills required to progress into a sales career.

This is not a passive administration role. You'll be expected to prospect consistently, speak confidently with homeowners, stay resilient when people say no and work towards clear activity and performance targets.

What you'll do

n

- Make outbound calls to prospective homeowners
n
- Send messages and follow up prospective clients
n
- Identify homeowners who may be considering selling
n
- Generate and qualify appraisal opportunities
n
- Book qualified appraisal appointments for our Sales Agents
n
- Complete targeted letterbox campaigns across Bendigo and surrounding areas
n
- Keep CRM and prospecting records accurate and up to date
n
- Record conversations, follow-up dates and prospect information
n
- Create regular social media content and build your personal brand
n
- Work towards clear daily and weekly prospecting targets
n

n

This role combines phone-based prospecting, CRM work, content creation and time out on the road completing letterbox campaigns.

n

Your focus is simple: create conversations, build relationships and generate opportunities.

n

About you

n

You do not need previous real estate experience, but you do need:

n

n
- A genuine desire to build a career in real estate sales
n
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
- Confidence speaking with people on the phone
n




- The discipline to complete consistent daily prospecting
n
- Resilience when people say no or do not respond
n
- Strong attention to detail
n
- A willingness to be held accountable to activity and appointment targets
n
- Confidence using technology and CRM systems
n
- A positive attitude and openness to coaching
n
- The ability to work independently and contribute to a team
n
- A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
n
