Key Responsibilities:
n
n
- Undertake laboratory testing across a broad range of methods, including but not limited to Australian Standards
n
- Complete laboratory testing at the required production level
n
- Undertake training in test methods
n
- Follow procedures directed by the Laboratory Manager
n
- Prepare worksheets checking measurements and calculations of test results of other technicians
n
- Maintain, clean and test equipment while keeping work area tidy
n
- Liaise with internal staff and clients
n

About You:

- You will be self-motivated, a fast learner and bring a positive attitude to the team. We are ideally looking for technicians who possess:
n
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
n
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
- The ability to work under pressure, show initiative, prioritise and schedule work
n
- The ability to be a team player and work unsupervised
n
- Previous experience as a Soil Technician will be highly regarded
n

Qualifications
n
n
- Certificate 3 in Construction Materials Testing (preferable)or willing to acquire
n
