As a preferred partner to some of Australia's largest insurers, we deliver restoration solutions following flood, fire, water, mould, storm, and catastrophic damage events across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Attend and manage restoration projects from initial assessment through to completion.
n
- Perform emergency make-safe works to mitigate further property damage.
n




- Conduct moisture mapping, structural drying, mould remediation and fire restoration works.
n
- Prepare detailed damage assessments, reports and restoration scopes.
n
- Operate and monitor specialised restoration equipment.
n
- Liaise professionally with insurers, loss adjusters, builders and clients.
n
- Ensure all works comply with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
n
- Support catastrophe response events, including occasional travel when required.
n
- Participate in after-hours and weekend rosters.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in restoration, insurance repairs, building remediation, specialised cleaning, or a related industry.
n
- Sound knowledge of water, fire and mould restoration practices.
n
- Experience using restoration equipment and moisture detection tools is highly desirable.
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
n
- Willingness to participate in after-hours and catastrophe response work.
n
- Current Driver's Licence.
n
- White Card.
n
- National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
