About Us

Australian Gold Capital is a well-established and growing national retail business operating in the physical gold and precious metals industry.

n

We buy and sell gold and silver bullion as well as gold jewellery.

n

Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, cash handling, jewellery, bullion or pawnbroking is helpful but not essential. Full paid training is provided.

The Position

n

We are looking for a confident, reliable and motivated person to join our Brisbane retail team.

n

The role involves serving customers, buying and selling products, performing calculations and pricing, and guiding customers through transactions.

n

Comprehensive training will be provided. We are more interested in your ability, attitude and reliability than previous industry experience.

n

What We're Looking For

- Good numeracy, arithmetic and confidence with calculations and using a calculator
n
- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Basic computer skills
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
n
- Comfortable taking responsibility
n




- Able to follow procedures accurately
n
- Able to work independently once trained
n
- Available for at least 3 regular full-day weekday shifts from 9:30am–5:30pm
n
- Previous experience in retail, customer service or sales is helpful but not essential.
n
- University students, recent graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply.
