We are a progressive player in the heavy transport industry, and we are looking for a Product Development Assistant who wants to transition their firsthand expertise into a strategic, analytical career.

The Role

This is not just admin; it is about evolution. You will work closely with our Product Development Manager to identify gaps in the market and help us stay ahead of the curve. You will be a "Market Analyst" in training—looking at what other companies are doing, identifying emerging trends, and helping us expand our existing product range.

What You will Be Doing

· Trend Analysis: Monitoring competitor movements and industry shifts to ensure our inventory remains innovative.

· Data Management: Using Excel to track product performance, pricing benchmarks, and lifecycle data.

· Knowledge Expansion: Moving beyond easy "part-for-part" replacement to understanding related parts to increase our first fill rate for customer orders.

· Collaboration:



Working with the Procurement and Sales Teams to translate technical parts knowledge into marketable product lines.

What You Bring

· Deep Expertise: A minimum of 6+ years of experience specifically within Heavy Transport Parts Industry. You should know the difference between OE and aftermarket products like the back of your hand.

· Excel Competency: You do not need to be a programmer, but you must be comfortable with spreadsheets, formulas, and organizing data.

· The Right Mindset: You are hungry to learn. We will teach you the analytical side of the business, but you must bring the "can-do" attitude and the willingness to adapt to an office-based strategic environment.

· Communication: The ability to take technical information and explain it clearly either verbally or with written communication.
