About the opportunity

An established hospitality business in the Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced General Manager / Licensee to lead day-to-day operations and develop a high-performing team.

n

This is a hands‐on leadership role for someone who combines sound commercial judgement with a strong focus on food, beverage and guest service. You will have the prospect to take ownership of venue performance and help shape its continued success.

The role

n

Lead daily venue operations and maintain consistent service standards.

n

Recruit, mentor and develop a capable hospitality team.

n

Create a positive, proactive working environment and lead by example.

n

Oversee the food and beverage offering with a focus on quality and the guest experience.

n

Use reporting and analysis to understand performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

n





About you

n

Previous hotel management experience, including knowledge of bar, food and accommodation operations.

n

Current RSA and RCG certificates.

n

A practical, hands‐on management style and the confidence to lead independently.

n

Strong people skills, sound judgement and a professional approach.

n

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to consistent standards.

n

Experience with hospitality technology systems, reporting and analysis, and an understanding of local customer needs and business drivers will be highly regarded.
