As Operations Director, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling manufacturing and operational capability to meet rapidly increasing demand. This is a hands‑on leadership role with genuine scope to make a difference. You'll work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to lead improvement, introduce new ways of working, develop people and help build a world‑class operation supporting some of Australia's most critical infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

- Hold full accountability for the P&L; statement tied to the company's primary revenue line of manufactured product
- Continuously monitor and minimize waste to ensure all manufacturing processes are running at peak efficiency
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to support broader business goals
- Oversee a 24 hour manufacturing operation encompassing three shifts, maintenance engineers, production engineers,



continuous improvement leaders, and the electrical assembly team
- Manage the Supply Chain Manager and warehousing team, handling external supplier relationships, strategic supply chain planning, purchasing, and material issuing
- Lead the engineering team responsible for ongoing maintenance of existing products and custom engineering solutions for incoming orders
- Guide the sales order management team to ensure accurate ERP data entry, accurate processing, and tight scheduling alignment with manufacturing capacity, purchasing, and engineering
- Oversee the Safety and Compliance Officer, ensuring ISO frameworks and health and safety policies are established and maintained across the entire organisation
