About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Chef to join our team, on a casual basis. The successful candidate must be someone who has positive communication skills, a great team mindset and is comfortable working in a large high volume kitchen.

What You'll Do
n
Liaise with Senior Chefs regarding preparation work-flow requirements
n
Carry out preparation tasks with an emphasis on minimal wastage
n
Production of menu items in accordance with portion control standards
n
To work cohesively with other departments within the Club to ensure meals are produced in a timely manner
n
Monitor and ensure food quality and hygiene standards are maintained, reporting any concerns to the Executive Chef
n
About You
n
Related qualifications (Certificate III in Commercial Cookery)
n
Proven experience as a Chef for a minimum of at least two years
n
Available to work approximately 20-25 hours per week, across a variety of shifts including days, nights and weekends
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills
n
Be reliable and punctual
