Job Description

Etheridge Ford Ringwood is seeking a Service Advisor to be the main link between customers and the workshop. You will book in vehicles, scope repairs with technicians, and clearly explain costs and timelines to customers.

You will upsell services where appropriate, maintain accurate records in the dealership system, and work with the Service Manager to meet retention and productivity targets in a supportive Ford dealership workplace.
