What you'll do:

As a Retail Supervisor, you'll lead the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

- Collaborate with the team to drive sales and achieve store targets.

- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
n
- Provide training to enhance team skills and product knowledge.

What we're looking for:

- Proven pharmacy or retail experience (Essential).
n
- Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
n
- Ability to analyse sales data and make informed decisions.
n
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Availability:

- Full time role

- Some weekend and evening work required
