Early Settler is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to drive profitable growth across Australia and Recent Zealand. You will lead paid and performance media strategies, reporting to the Head of E-Commerce, and optimise campaigns across search, social, display and emerging channels.

You will manage media investment with ROAS focus, collaborate with Ecommerce, Brand, CRM, Retail and Category teams, and use data-driven testing to improve performance.
