From themed events and dining specials to member promotions and social media campaigns, you'll help turn ideas into marketing that gets people interested and through the door. This is a hands-on support role for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting things right and is keen to build their marketing skills. You'll contribute creative ideas, prepare content, set up campaigns and check the details before anything goes live.

Key responsibilities

Assisting with the planning and rollout of fun, engaging promotions and creative campaigns for hospitality clients.

Writing and scheduling social media posts, email campaigns and SMS communications.

Contributing ideas for reels, stories and content that showcase each venue's personality, people and experiences.

Creating and adapting basic marketing assets in Canva, following client branding and campaign briefs.

Supporting content calendars, creative briefs, website updates and campaign launches.

Proofreading copy and checking dates, offers, links, audience selections and campaign settings against approved plans.

Working closely with our Marketing Managers and design team to keep client marketing accurate, consistent and on time.

About you

Hands-on experience using email marketing, SMS marketing and social media publishing or scheduling platforms.





Strong writing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt your tone to different venues and audiences.

Excellent attention to detail, including checking campaign setups as carefully as the creative content.

A creative approach to social content, promotions and customer communications.

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines across multiple clients with support from the team.

Confidence using Canva and Microsoft Office.

A proactive, reliable approach and a willingness to learn.
