Job Description

City Venue Management (CVM) at Jindalee Pool is seeking a hands-on 2IC/Team Leader (Operations Manager) to lead our aquatic team. The role reports directly to the Facility Manager and focuses on maintaining safety, water quality, and exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will supervise lifeguards and duty managers, assist with rostering, and support staff training across aquatic safety and operations.
